These are phone bill recharge desks, and you will get them everywhere in the city.
You see the guy in the center? He was once stabbed in his belly at night after he closed his shop during an attempt of being hijacked- I was on duty in the emergency ward at night, and by God’s grace he survived despite having severe blood loss.
Everytime I cross his shop, I get reminded of the incident.
